To receive the upcoming month’s Positive Postings delivery,
you’ll need to subscribe before the 1st of the month.

For example:

• Subscribe
  on March 31 → Receive April’s mailing
• Subscribe
  on April 1 → Your first delivery will be May’s mailing

This helps us finalise printing quantities and carefully
prepare each month’s envelopes.

Positive Postings are shipped monthly between the 8th and
15th of each month.

This allows us time to thoughtfully prepare, print and
package each month’s mail with care and attention to detail.

Yes — Positive Postings is a recurring monthly subscription.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless
you choose to pause or cancel.

Absolutely.

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time
through your customer portal before your next billing date.

No awkward hoops to jump through — just happy mail while it
feels aligned for you.

Shipping costs are included with your monthly subscription just select whether you are in Australia or International.

Australia: $16 AUD per month

International: $19 AUD per month

This includes postage and your monthly Positive Postings delivery.

Once your Positive Postings envelope has been shipped, delivery times are managed by the postal service and may occasionally vary.

If you live in Australia, letters generally arrive within 2 weeks.

If you live overseas, letters may arrive within 2 to 4 weeks.

If you haven’t received your letter within 4 weeks of them shipping, please reach out via email at hello@positivepostings.com.au and I will resend your letter.  I am unfortunately unable to re-ship letters if you wait more than 2 months to contact me about the letter being missing.

Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping details at checkout and we’ll send the Positive Postings mail directly to them.
